Presence makes us receptive to the energy of that which we are tuning into. When we slow down and allow for space while still keeping our attention present with something we are able to resonate with that thing in much deeper ways. And in doing so share in a collective field which we both give to and receive from. Presence connects and effects and nourishes. It helps us bridge the illusions of separation and commune with whatever is arising in the moment.
